The Board will hold regular meetings on the first Monday of February, May, August, and November, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. by telephone, electronic, or other means not requiring a physical presence.

The Board determines to hold and provide notice of an annual meeting, pursuant to § 32-1-903(6), on the first Monday of November, at 7:00 p.m. by telephone, electronic, or other means not requiring a physical presence, subject to change by action of the Board.
